5. Thrift / Installment Plans

Our thrift financing plan allows you to spread payments over an agreed period. By enrolling in a thrift plan you agree to make installment payments on or before the scheduled due dates. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your plan. We do not charge interest; the total amount due is fixed at the time of enrollment.

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors on this platform agree to list accurate products, fulfil orders in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws. Ebikes.com.ng reserves the right to remove listings, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refund and return policies are determined on a product-by-product basis and will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Please contact us if you have a dispute regarding a product or order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Ebikes.com.ng or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
