- ₦No interest. You only ever pay the product's listed price, split evenly across your chosen installments.
- 60%Preorder threshold. Thrift items aren't held in ready stock — once your total payments reach 60% of the plan value, it's specially ordered and reserved for you.
- 50%Termination window. You can cancel and request a (discretionary) partial refund any time before you've paid 50%. Past that point, the plan runs to completion.
- 🚚Shipping added later. Delivery fees are calculated and added to your balance once you set an address on your plan — this adjusts your remaining installments.
- #Plan limit. You can have up to 1 active thrift plans running at once.

EBIKES.COM.NG THRIFT INSTALLMENT PLAN — TERMS & CONDITIONS By starting a thrift installment plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms in full. 1. PAYMENT SCHEDULE Your installment amount and schedule are fixed at the time of plan creation. Payments are due on or before each scheduled due date. Your first payment is due immediately after creating your plan. Failure to pay on time may result in your plan being marked overdue. 2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & STOCK Thrift products are not held in ready stock. They are specially ordered for you once you reach the 60% payment threshold. Availability is subject to supply conditions at the time of preorder confirmation. 3. PREORDER ELIGIBILITY — 60% THRESHOLD Once your total payments reach or exceed 60% of the full plan value (product price plus any applicable shipping fee), your plan becomes eligible for preorder. Our team will confirm and lock in your order. Delivery will be arranged once all payments are complete. 4. VOLUNTARY TERMINATION — 50% RULE You may terminate your thrift plan at any time BEFORE your total paid amount reaches 50% of the full plan value. Upon termination: • Your plan status will be changed to "Cancelled". • Any payments already made will be reviewed for a refund with a convenience fee of 5% of your total and an administrative processing fee that is not more than ₦2,000. • To request a refund, contact our support team with your plan reference number. Once your paid amount reaches or exceeds 50% of the total plan value, voluntary termination is NO LONGER available. You must continue payments to completion. 5. LATE PAYMENTS & DEFAULT Plans not paid on schedule may be marked overdue. Extended non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your plan at our sole discretion with or without refund. 6. PRICE & PLAN FIXITY The product price is fixed at the time of enrollment. We do not charge interest. The shipping fee is calculated and added to your balance when you provide your delivery address. 7. DELIVERY Delivery is arranged after your plan reaches preorder status and all payments are completed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary and majority deliveries will not be to doorstep. 8. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our thrift service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
